Accurate 3 view scale drawings are used to prepare templates to be used in the moulding process |

STAGE 2 : MOULDING/CARVING
Skilled Carvers using only hand tools carve and shape the model. This is a specialist art, requiring many years of experience. |

STAGE 3 : PUTTY/VARNISH
Once the model or tail flashhas been carved, several coats of putty are applied to create a very smooth, flawless finish prior to painting. Varnish is applied to plaques and shields. |

STAGE 4 : ARTIST
Colour schemes are applied by hand or air brush, following the details or pictures supplied. Using Pantone, BS or FS colours many coats of high quality acrylic paint are used to achieve a high quality custom finish, that gives a truly bespoke model. |

STAGE 5 : DETAILING
Using much resource information, this is the unique service we can offer. No decals are used and we skilfully apply by hand, accurate detailing of weapons, antennas and markings. Sewn squadron badges can be let into the display stand.. Feel free to discuss special requirements. |

STAGE 6 : QUALITY/PACKING
Throughout the process and on completion your model is carefully checked, by our Quality Assurance specialists, to ensure the model is finished to the specification, in the highest quality. Customers can review digital pics before shipping. Shipping is by UPS and insured for next day delivery. |
